Dumbbell Workout

Today I did a quick at home dumbbell workout I found on pintrest
I did reps of 12, and did a total of 4 sets each using 5 lb weights in each hand.

Today I only did the shoulders and back section.

Hey guys!
OKAY so, its been 2 years since I started attempting to lose weight!

I used the HCG method as a jumpstart to my weight loss journey, but since then have started a much more long term, realistic weight management lifestyle.

To fill you in...
April 30th 2012 I started a weight loss challenge at work starting at 186 lbs.  Over the course of 1 year using a combination of Herbalife shakes, clean eating, and exercise I managed to drop my weight down to 142.5 at my lowest.
I maintained a 145-150 lb weight until June 2013, when I decided to move back to my hometown.

I have since put on a little "happy weight" and am around 160-165 currently.  I would like to get back down to 145 and maintain this weight with a balanced life, but it takes daily effort to get me there.

I have been keeping an Instagram (addygetsfit) for the last year and it has helped me not only stay on track, but keep motivated and motivate others.  I have developed a number of individuals I consider friends on there and thank them for a big part of my progress.

So IM BACK, to start blogging my daily ups and downs of reaching my goal weight.  I hope to help anyone out along the way wether with inspiration, or suggestions IM HERE :)
